Apt Resources is pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie specializing in Hot & Cold Kitchen to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards. As a key member of the culinary team, you will prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes in accordance with the hotel’s recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items efficiently in the hot and cold section of the kitchen
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the hotel's standards and recipes
• Assist in managing the kitchen station and maintaining stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following health and safety guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
• Work flexible hours as required including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of hot and cold kitchen cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional qualification
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Knowledge of health and safety and hygiene standards in a kitchen environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be currently in UAE
