We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in preparing and presenting pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and bakery products while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and food safety.

• Prepare and present pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and bakery products.
• Develop new recipes and seasonal dessert menus.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Monitor inventory and order bakery ingredients.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Control food cost, wastage, and portioning.
• Train and supervise junior pastry staff.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of pastry experience in hotels, restaurants, or bakeries.
• Knowledge of cakes, viennoiserie, breads, chocolates, and plated desserts.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
