We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Recovery Coach to support individuals with co-occurring Serious Mental Illness and Substance Use Disorders as they navigate their recovery journey. In this role, you'll use your lived experience to build trusting relationships, provide peer-based support, and empower individuals to achieve their recovery goals while working alongside a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

What You Will Do:
- Provide peer support, encouragement, and recovery-focused coaching by building trusting relationships with individuals receiving services.
- Share lived experience appropriately to inspire hope, promote engagement, and support individuals in achieving their recovery goals.
- Collaborate with clinicians and interdisciplinary team members to advocate for client needs and provide a peer perspective on recovery, treatment, and engagement.
- Assist with National Outcome Measures (NOMs) reassessments and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with program and federal requirements.
- Connect individuals to peer support groups, community resources, and recovery services while promoting self-advocacy, informed decision-making, and client rights.
What You Will Bring:
- Personal lived experience in recovery from a substance use disorder and willingness to appropriately share aspects of your recovery journey.
- Minimum of two years of sustained sobriety required.
- Completion of Recovery Coach training, including ethics training, required.
- Certified Addictions Recovery Coach (CARC) credential required, or willingness to obtain certification within six months of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Passion for supporting individuals in recovery and respect for multiple pathways to recovery.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and satisfactory driving record required.

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
