BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home and community.
This rewarding role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. You will support an individual in daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
Schedule
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Potential Sunday afternoon hours available
Qualifications
- No experience required—we provide training and support
- Experience supporting medically fragile individuals is a plus, but not required
- Must be comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others
How You’ll Make an Impact:

We’re Seeking Candidates With:
