About this Call Center Specialist role at Champions Group Holdings

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and care. You'll handle inbound and/or outbound calls, providing timely and accurate information, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers with their HVAC and plumbing needs, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Identify customer requests and concerns to provide the most effective solution.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely service delivery. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Uphold our company’s commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years customer service experience. Call center experience is highly preferred.
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus.

Work Environment:
Works in a professional office environment using computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Primarily seated with occasional standing and walking. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members and accurately exchange information in person and by phone.
