• Assist in daily accounting and finance operations 

• Support preparation of payment vouchers, invoices, and expense claims 

• Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of financial documents 

• Assist in bank reconciliations and basic accounting schedules 

• Support month-end closing activities 

• Help prepare simple financial reports and analysis 

• Assist in audits and ad-hoc finance tasks when required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields 

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word 

• Good attention to detail and organized 

• Willingness to learn and positive working attitude
