What you'll be doing
- Act as the go-to Business Partner for the Finance area within IFS, ensuring the system supports business needs today and as we continue to grow.
- Own and manage integrations to and from IFS, ensuring stable and efficient system performance.
- Manage the relationship with IFS Support, driving ticket resolution, service quality, and continuous improvements.
- Lead automation and process optimization initiatives using IFS and complementary digital tools.
- Drive compliance-related projects and enhance financial processes across the organization.
- Support Finance master data, including suppliers, customers, chart of accounts, dimensions, products, and intercompany flows.
- Partner with Finance and Operations teams to improve processes and ensure data quality across the business.
- Play a key role in ERP implementation projects and the integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Coordinate IFS release management, balancing governance, business needs, and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Solid experience working with IFS ERP within Finance, Finance Systems, or ERP and Business Partnering.
- Deep understanding of ERP processes and how technology enables business performance and continuous improvement.
- Experience from the healthcare industry is highly valued. Candidates from other regulated or fast-paced industries, such as FMCG, are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to drive system ownership, ensuring a sustainable, scalable, and well-governed ERP environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally, building strong relationships and collaborating effectively across Finance, Operations, IT, and other business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to identify dependencies, influence decisions, and communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, foster collaboration, and contribute to the continuous evolution of systems and business processes.
- A proactive and pragmatic mindset, balancing business needs with long-term system sustainability.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Professional communicator who expresses ideas with confidence, clarity, and diplomacy.
- Calm, adaptable, and comfortable navigating change in a fast-paced international environment.
- Fluent in English.
