By providing institutional-grade tools like backtesting engines and congressional trade trackers at a fraction of traditional costs, the team empowers retail and professional traders worldwide to make data-backed decisions with speed and conviction.

Job Summary

As a Sales Development Representative at this stealth-stage FinTech startup, you will be at the forefront of the intersection between Large Language Models (LLMs) and live financial markets. We are building the next generation of research terminals, financial APIs, and trading tools. We are looking for a high-energy, resilient hunter who is passionate about the financial markets and eager to drive revenue growth. This is a high-impact role where your outreach directly shapes the company's trajectory and provides a clear path for professional and financial advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns, targeting approximately 100 cold calls per day.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage key decision-makers within the trading, investing, and financial services sectors.
  • Consistently book and manage approximately 20 qualified meetings per month to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
  • Contribute to overall revenue generation with a target of supporting 4 closed deals per month.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and track all outreach activity within Smartleads and Microsoft Teams.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine sales messaging and optimize outreach strategies for technical financial products.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of proven experience in an SDR, cold calling, or outbound sales role.
  • A strong professional background in FinTech, financial services or financial investments.
  • Demonstrable interest in or professional knowledge of trading, investing, and financial markets.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to handle complex objections confidently.
  • A high-volume mindset: you are energized by the "hustle" and comfortable with rigorous daily call targets.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
