Please note: This role is located in London and we are offering a hybrid working model with a minimum of 4 days per week in our Holborn office.

Are you ready to kickstart your career in tech sales? We’re looking for an ambitious, curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in London.

Here, the best idea wins, not the loudest voice. You will have the tools, trust, and space to not only build the future of commerce, but to build your own.

This isn’t just a stepping stone—it’s a launchpad. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives (AEs) to conquer the French and Benelux markets. We are deeply invested in your growth, offering a clear, structured career development path designed to fast-track you into an AE or specialized sales role as you master the craft.

Your Impact (What you’ll be doing)

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for future customers: helping us spark new relationships and drive long-term growth. 
  • Partner with AEs: Team up with Account Executives to strategize and open doors in the thriving French and Benelux regions.
  • Spark Conversations: Connect with potential clients through creative outreach (phone, email, and social media) and qualify leads from our marketing campaigns.
  • Consult & Connect: Chat with prospective clients, understand their unique business challenges, and introduce them to our game-changing products.
  • Set the Stage: Book high-quality meetings and discovery calls for our AE team.
  • Be the Face of the Brand: Represent us at our industry-leading events and give engaging presentations to potential clients.
  • Never Stop Learning: Stay sharp by keeping up-to-date with our latest product features, pricing models, and commerce trends.

 

What Will Set You Apart

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You speak the language: You are business-fluent in French (or German) and English (written and spoken).
  • You’re a natural communicator: You love talking to people, listening actively, and breaking down complex ideas into simple, exciting concepts.
  • You have a growth mindset: You are a creative problem-solver who is wired to find solutions and willingness to constantly learn.
  • You have the drive: You are robust, motivated by targets, and hungry to build a successful career in sales.
  • Bonus points (but absolutely not required): Some prior sales exposure, or knowledge with CRM tools like Salesforce/HubSpot or Excel. (If you don't have this, we’ll teach you!)
