Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing candidates / clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Find, manage and placed top talents to our clients company
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for extended search.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
