We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development & Account Manager with a minimum of two years of experience selling Telecoms and IT solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for both new business development and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities – New Business Development

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
  •  Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities – Account Management

  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage contract renewals and service upgrades.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in B2B Telecommunications and/or IT sales.

  • Experience managing and developing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively.
