As a Business Analyst (Revenue), you will help shape data-informed commercial decisions that support portfolio performance and the ongoing evolution of revenue strategy. This role sits within the revenue function and contributes analytical insight that helps the business identify opportunities, improve forecasting, and strengthen pricing decisions across a fast-moving hospitality environment.

- Analyze performance metrics to identify revenue opportunities across the property portfolio.
- Apply Revenue Management principles, including demand forecasting, pricing strategies, inventory optimization, and market analysis.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Revenue Management, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable commercial decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management.
- Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, vacation rentals, OTA or similar environment) will be considered an advantage.
- Experience working with Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and pricing optimization tools will be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Management principles, including demand forecasting, pricing strategies, inventory optimization and market analysis.
- Previous experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying revenue opportunities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting and modeling.
- Experience with Tableau or other BI/reporting tools.
- Professional proficiency in English across verbal and written communication.
- Eligibility to work in Greece.
- A master's degree in finance, economics, business, hospitality management, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
