- Assist with creating and maintaining business requirements, process documentation, meeting notes, and project materials.
- Create, review, and update business process workflows.
- Attend project meetings and document key decisions, questions, and action items.
- Work with developers to clarify business requirements and answer business-related questions.
- Participate in user interviews and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Help identify gaps, unclear processes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with translating business needs into clear requirements or development tickets.
- Support testing and validation to confirm that completed work meets the documented business requirements.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and comfortable managing documentation and meeting notes.
- Able to ask thoughtful questions and communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with process mapping, requirements gathering, or software development is helpful but not required.
