About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities

Support the improvement of security systems and tools by assisting with requirement collection, task tracking, cross-team coordination, testing, and post-launch follow-up.

Help identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, system usability, and operational efficiency.

Draft and maintain product documentation, project documentation, process documentation, and internal communications under guidance.

Support day-to-day operational tasks to help maintain business continuity and process efficiency.

Assist with security-related business operations and cross-team collaboration.

Support the management of security user-facing channels, including content planning, visual asset coordination, publishing support, and basic performance tracking.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Strong interest in product management, project management, operations, or security-related business functions.

Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate documents and materials.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn, with a hands-on attitude toward execution and problem-solving.

Ability to leverage AI tools effectively at work is a plus.
