BIM Expert (3D/4D/5D)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Expert (3D/4D/5D) to lead BIM implementation for infrastructure and building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 3D modeling, 4D schedule integration, and 5D cost integration, enabling effective project visualization, planning, monitoring, and cost control.

Responsibilities:

*Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure and building projects.

*Integrate project schedules with BIM models to create 4D simulations.

*Perform 5D cost integration for quantity-based cost analysis and tracking.

*Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and consultants.

*Conduct clash detection and model coordination reviews.

*Generate construction sequencing and progress visualization reports.

*Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements.

*Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil, B.Arch, M.Tech, M.E, or M.Arch from a recognized university/institution.

*Minimum 8 years of total professional experience.

*At least 5 years of hands-on experience in 4D scheduling and 5D cost integration.

*Proven experience in infrastructure or building projects.

*Strong knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project delivery workflows.

*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
