As a Bellboy at Conrad Athens The Ilisian, you will be essential in providing our guests with a warm welcome and assisting them with their luggage and other needs upon arrival and departure. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will ensure that guests feel valued and well-cared-for from the moment they step into the hotel. This role requires a commitment to exceptional service and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing courteous assistance with luggage and responding to initial inquiries.
• Escort guests to their rooms, offering an overview of hotel facilities and services while addressing any immediate needs.
• Manage luggage handling and timely delivery of packages with a strong focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bell area, ensuring all equipment is stored safely and maintained in good condition.
• Offer guests detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and events to enhance their overall experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests related to luggage, transportation, and other support services.
• Assist the Bell Captain in coordinating arrival and departure procedures, including transportation arrangements.
• Oversee the secure handling, storage, and accurate logging of guest luggage and personal items.
• Contribute to a welcoming and professional environment, upholding Hilton’s standards of luxury service and hospitality.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance service skills and operational knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a bell or guest service role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication abilities in English and Greek; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to carry and handle heavy luggage and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Familiarity with the local area, attractions, and services to provide guests with accurate recommendations.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a commitment to professional appearance and grooming.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
