JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven reformer Pilates concept with 200+ locations sold across the US and internationally.
We’re bringing that experience to San Francisco’s Marina District — and we’re looking for a founding leader to build it with us.
This is not a traditional management job. As Studio General Manager, you’ll own the studio from day one — driving pre-sale membership, building community partnerships, hiring your team, and launching with momentum. You’ll also complete JETSET instructor training and teach 4–6 classes per week.

- Salary: Competitive base, commensurate with experience
- Bonus: Performance incentive tied to membership and revenue growth
- Location: JETSET Pilates — Marina District, San Francisco (On-Site)
- Hours: 45–55 hours/week (extended during pre-sale and launch)
- Growth: Opportunity for expanded leadership as additional SF locations open
