German-Speaking Technical Support Analyst | Smart Mobility Industry | Budapest

As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll help German-speaking customers get the most out of innovative technology by providing support via phone, chat, and email. Every interaction is an opportunity to make technology simple and create an outstanding customer experience.

  • Location: Regus Business Center, Váci str. 22-24, 1062 Budapest, Hungary
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
  • Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

What You'll Do

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email in German and English.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile applications, Bluetooth, connectivity, and smart devices.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionalities.
  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.
  • Take ownership of customer cases from initial contact to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • German language skills at C1 level.
  • English language skills at B2 level or above.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a genuine willingness to help others.
  • Confidence using mobile apps and technology.
  • Previous customer support, helpdesk, or BPO experience is an advantage.
