About this AVP/VP Strategic Alliance role at Z1tech
The VP / AVP – Strategic Alliances will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, agency relationships, brand collaborations, and business development initiatives for VDO.AI. This leadership role will own and scale revenue across key markets while building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across agencies, brands, media organizations, and strategic ecosystem partners.

- Own and deliver annual revenue targets while driving sustainable business growth through strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Define and execute the company's strategic alliance and partnership roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Build, manage, and strengthen senior-level relationships with agencies, brands, publishers, media groups, technology platforms, and strategic business partners.
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion initiatives.
- Drive large-value negotiations and successfully close complex commercial agreements.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Ad Operations, Customer Success, and Revenue teams to maximize partnership outcomes and strengthen go-to-market execution.
- Represent VDO.AI at key industry conferences, leadership forums, networking events, and client engagements.
- Set up and lead strategic discussions with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Media Leaders, Agency Leaders, and senior decision-makers.
- Prepare for meetings by conducting detailed research on prospective partners, their business priorities, growth strategies, market position, and challenges.
- Develop joint business plans and long-term growth strategies with key partners.
- Monitor alliance performance, revenue contribution, and partnership effectiveness to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Mentor and guide team members while contributing to the broader revenue and growth strategy of the organization.
What We Are Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in Strategic Alliances, Partnerships, Business Development, Ad Sales, Revenue Leadership, Digital Advertising, Media Sales, or AdTech.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering large revenue targets and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and commercial relationships.
- Strong network and relationships across agencies, brands, publishers, media groups, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, video advertising, ad monetization, media buying, brand solutions, and advertising technologies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and close high-value partnership agreements.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into scalable revenue streams.
- Experience working in high-growth AdTech, Digital Media, MarTech, or technology-driven organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement capabilities.
