Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing mechanical construction operations, managing field teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations and supervise mechanical crews
Coordinate with the client, project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and manpower needs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Review and manage project documentation using required software tools
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Superintendent or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems installation (HVAC, piping, plumbing, etc.)
Proficient in:
Microsoft Excel
Procore
Bluebeam Revu
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
