Our Client is a leading provider of workplace technology solutions, specialising in AV integration, strategic consultation, and managed services. We are seeking an AV Estimator to join our team, supporting the preparation of tenders, quotations and system designs across a range of projects including university panels, design & construct (D&C) works and client-driven opportunities.
This role plays a key part in ensuring all pricing, documentation and system designs are accurate, compliant and aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
Essential Requirement: Previous Audio-Visual industry experience is required, as prior knowledge of AV systems and products is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Estimates & Tenders - Develop accurate cost estimates, tender submissions and pricing based on specifications, drawings and client requirements.
Build Bills of Materials & Pricing - Create detailed BoMs, source supplier pricing and estimate labour to ensure accurate and competitive project costing.
Support Design & Quotations - Assist with system design, equipment selection and translating client scope into clear, compliant and complete quotations.
Manage Quoting Across Projects - Prepare quotes for tenders, D&C projects, minor works and ad hoc requests while managing multiple deadlines.
Collaborate with Stakeholders - Work closely with Sales, Design, Project Delivery, suppliers and clients to gather information and ensure alignment.
Maintain Processes & Documentation - Follow tender processes, manage RFIs and documentation, update systems (e.g. ConnectWise) and contribute to improving workflows.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Strong working knowledge of AV systems, products and system design
Ability to interpret drawings, schematics and technical specifications
High attention to detail, particularly with numbers and documentation
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Desirable
Experience in estimating, quoting or tendering environments
Exposure to university, government or large corporate AV projects
Understanding of AV standards and compliance requirements
Experience working with structured bid or tender processes
