Job Summary
We are looking for an Associate Mental Health Therapist to join a collaborative telehealth team focused on delivering ethical, accessible, and evidence-informed behavioral health care. The clinician will provide direct therapy services while receiving structured supervision and support for continued professional development.
This position combines client care, treatment planning, clinical documentation, case consultation, and collaboration with administrative and clinical team members. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver psychotherapy through an approved telehealth platform.
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Create personalized treatment plans based on clinical needs.
- Present cases during supervision and apply clinical feedback.
- Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records.
- Identify safety concerns and follow established escalation procedures.
- Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, and administrative team members.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in an appropriate behavioral health discipline.
- Current state-issued associate, provisional, temporary, intern, candidate, or other supervised-practice credential in counseling, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health discipline.
- Credential must authorize the applicant to provide clinical services under supervision to clients located in NJ.
- Ability to work under the supervision required by the applicable licensing board.
- Reliable internet access and a secure professional workspace.
- Availability during the Monday–Friday workweek.
