  • Help develop consistent global public policy positions and strategies that advance Spotify's priorities across international markets.
  • Coordinate multiple legislative and regulatory workstreams, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across policy areas.
  • Contribute research and analysis that informs policy decisions and supports strategic engagement with external stakeholders.
  • Who You Are

  • You have a university degree in public policy, international relations, law, or a related field.
  • You have 5+ years of experience supporting public policy, legislative affairs, regulatory affairs, or government relations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • You have an understanding of technology, digital platform, media, or music policy issues.
  • You know how to quickly assess legislative and regulatory proposals and identify potential business implications across different markets.
  • You are comfortable working with machine-translated or imperfectly translated materials. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • You have experience working across functions to bring together diverse perspectives and help develop clear policy positions.
  • You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, with excellent writing, analytical, and presentation skills, including drafting policy papers and formal submissions.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while coordinating work across stakeholders and policy areas.
  • Where You'll Be

  • This role can be based in Washington, DC or London, United Kingdom.
