What you'll do
- Join a high-growth Netherlands team at a pivotal stage of expansion
- Own and grow strategic relationships with leading agencies and advertisers, acting as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of key accounts
- Drive long-term client success by developing account strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable revenue growth
- Partner closely with Business Development to ensure a seamless customer journey, from onboarding through to expansion and retention
- Lead strategic conversations with senior client stakeholders, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and unlock new areas of growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trading, Product, Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional client experiences and campaign outcomes
- Champion client needs internally, providing market insights and influencing product development to solve evolving customer challenges
- Represent The Trade Desk as an industry expert, delivering thought leadership through client meetings, presentations and market events
- Help establish and scale best practices for Client Services in the Netherlands, contributing to the growth of the local team and culture
Who you are
- Experienced in client services, account management or partnerships within the digital advertising or programmatic ecosystem
- Strong understanding of the Dutch agency landscape and experience managing strategic relationships with agencies and/or advertisers
- Proven ability to grow existing customer relationships through strategic consulting, commercial acumen and exceptional client service
- Comfortable leading executive-level conversations and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Naturally collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
- Commercially minded, with a track record of driving account growth while balancing long-term partnership success
- Curious and analytical, able to understand complex technology and translate it into practical business value for clients
- Entrepreneurial and proactive, excited by the opportunity to help build and shape a growing business in the Netherlands
- Confident communicator and presenter, with fluent English (spoken and written)
