The Enterprise PMO (ePMO) is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support enterprise-wide project initiatives. This associate-level role provides critical administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and the broader ePMO team. The Project Coordinator will work across both IT and non-IT projects spanning a variety of business functions. Position Responsibiltiies
Support Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing projects across IT and non-IT domains from initiation through completion.
Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action item logs.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture and distribute meeting notes and action items.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, flagging risks or delays to the assigned Project Manager.
Assist with resource coordination by maintaining team schedules, tracking availability, and communicating workload updates.
Update and maintain project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to ensure accurate, up-to-date project status and task assignments.
Support the preparation of project status reports and presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, distribute information, and ensure alignment on project activities.
Assist in the documentation and maintenance of ePMO processes, templates, and standard operating procedures.
Perform administrative tasks in support of the ePMO team, including managing shared communications and maintaining team resources.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative roles.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Microsoft Project) is preferred.
Exposure to both IT and non-IT project environments is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
CAPM certification or willingness to pursue is a plus.
