About this Apprenticeship - Junior Brand Designer role at Matchgroup
Role overview :
As an apprentice within the Creative Lab, you'll be embedded in the design team and mentored by a senior lead. You'll contribute to real, high-stakes projects with progressive autonomy throughout the year. The goal is to grow you technically, methodologically, and in your cross-functional collaboration skills.
Because we work very closely with the Marketing teams (Acquisition, Brand, SEO/ASO, CRM, Media) you'll build a strong digital expertise as part of the role: understanding acquisition metrics, performance-driven design, the mechanics of how modern brands operate across channels, and how creative choices translate into business impact.
How you’ll make an impact :
- Support the Marketing teams by creating digital content (animated and static) that match with performance or image objectives (from storyboard to editing).
- Work closely with the product team to infuse Brand Identity in the user experience.
- Be the guardian of our Brand identities, bring it to life on all creative assets and make it evolve.
- Contribute to the team's key strategic projects: rebrandings, new brand territories, feature launches.
We could be a match if :
- You are a student from a design school, multimedia creation or graphic arts.
- You are looking for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship, starting September 2026.
- You are learning to use Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma (mandatory).
- Big plus if you have notions of Premiere Pro, photography, 3D, illustration or in AI.
- You are creative, curious, rigorous and well-organized.
- You speak English (French is not mandatory) and have a strong digital appetite!
- You really appreciate teamwork and like to share your inspirations!
What’s the team like ?
The Creative Lab is Match Group E&E's in-house creative team. We own the visual production across several brands in the portfolio.
The team is multidisciplinary (concept, design, motion, production, copywriting, photography, 3D…) and works across all brand touchpoints: acquisition, ASO, brand platform, CRM, events, partner activations and, increasingly, product experience.
Our culture: rigour, high standards on execution, structured workflows, a strong culture of care and mutual respect, active openness to new tools, and a genuine test & learn mindset. We ship, we learn, we iterate.
