Role: Alliances Partner

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive alliance strategy focused on key strategic partnerships. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, overseeing the successful implementation of joint solutions, go-to-market strategies and providing strategic direction to the partnership team.

 

This role is scoped for high performing candidates who are self-directed, entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, accountable, diligent, and thoughtful. This role requires an insurgent leader, someone who can think outside the box with a willingness to fail and push forward for progress over time.  The ideal candidate has prior experience and expertise working with alliance partnerships with companies such as SalesForce, ServiceNow, SAP, AWS, GCP and Azure, Databricks and Snowflake.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute a strategic alliance plan focused on leveraging technologies to drive mutual business objectives.
  • Identify key areas of collaboration and opportunities for joint solution development.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner managers, solution architects, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the alliances, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
    • Market Analysis:

      • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the partner ecosystem
      • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on potential areas of innovation and growth.
      • Solution Development:

        • Work closely with Industry go-to-market team and practices to define and develop joint solutions that align company services with market opportunities and offerings.
        • Ensure that joint solutions meet market demands and provide unique value propositions.
        • Go-to-Market Strategy:

          • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint solutions.
          • Drive awareness and adoption of joint offerings in target markets.
          • Performance Metrics and Reporting:

            • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the alliance partnerships.
            • Provide regular reports and updates on alliance activities, progress against objectives, and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in roles with a focus on alliance management, partnership development, or strategic planning.
  • Solutions mindset and good knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong communication, and presentation skills.
