About this Aircraft Maintenance Administration Officer role at Egnatia Aviation

We are looking for a full-time Aircract Maintenance Administration Officer to join our Maintenance Department. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department by maintaining accurate technical records, preparing maintenance documentation, updating maintenance records within the company's approved information systems, and ensuring the proper filing and control of maintenance documents in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
What you will do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Maintenance Department
- Prepare, maintain, and control maintenance documentation and technical records
- Ensure the accurate filing, archiving, and retrieval of maintenance documentation
- Maintain and update maintenance personnel records
- Assist in the preparation of maintenance work packages and work orders
- Update and maintain maintenance records within the company's approved information systems
- Support the Maintenance Manager with daily administrative and coordination activities
- Coordinate communication with internal departments and customers regarding maintenance activities and aircraft availability
- Prepare quotations and other maintenance-related administrative documentation
Requirements
You’ll be a great match if you meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the aviation or maintenance industry
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling technical documentation and records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP or maintenance management systems will be considered an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to administrative support
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in technical documentation and familiarity with EASA Part-145 and/or Part-CAO organisations will be considered an advantage
- EU citizenship or the legal right to work in Greece
