Aspire Software is looking for an AI Product Manager to join our team in Lebanon.

We're looking for a killer AI Product Manager — someone highly driven and entrepreneurial who can take AI-powered products from idea to revenue in a real-world, hardware-meets-software environment. This role is not about checking boxes for years of experience – it's about energy, ambition, and the ability to execute. Key Responsibilities

What your day will look like:

AI Product and Technology Leadership

  • Own the AI product roadmap across the ecosystem — from dynamic pricing and guest personalization to AI-powered booking and operational intelligence
  • Build a proof of concept (PoC) within a few weeks to validate AI-driven ideas quickly
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and commercialization of AI-driven solutions across our software platforms and connected hardware devices
  • Work closely with AI engineers, hardware teams, and customers to refine solutions for real-world impact in high-volume, guest-facing environments

Business Leadership

  • Develop and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving growth of AI offerings within the leisure and entertainment vertical
  • Execute against a provided playbook, building an initial proof of concept and scaling once validated

Operational Excellence

  • Build and optimize workflows for customer onboarding, support, and internal processes to ensure scalability and efficiency
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure and improve performance across the product portfolio

Customer and Market Insights

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis across the cashless payments and venue technology landscape to refine strategy and offerings
  • Engage directly with operators — parks, venues, FECs — to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development and iteration

Team Building and Operations

  • Foster a high-performance culture that encourages agility, execution, and innovation
  • Scale operations while maintaining a startup mentality – fast, lean, and customer-drive

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their commercial applications
  • Experience with hardware products is a strong asset – familiarity with embedded systems, IoT devices, payment terminals, RFID/NFC, or connected hardware-software ecosystems will set you apart
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or venue/attractions technology is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial background or experience building/scaling a product, startup, or high-growth venture is a plus
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • No strict experience requirements – we're looking for the right mindset, energy, and ability to execute
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (an asset), or Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business, or a similar related discipline
  • Being fluent in the English language, written and verbal, is essential
  • Must work US Central Hours
