About the role

TINQIN is expanding its advisory services in AI governance, compliance and transformation for insurers and other regulated organisations. The primary focus of the role is regulatory and compliance advisory – helping clients address the EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA and NIS2 and translate these requirements into practical, well-governed solutions. The role also spans broader business and IT consulting engagements across our client base.

We are looking for a consultant who combines regulatory and compliance expertise with a solid technical understanding of AI systems – someone who can assess how AI solutions work in practice, not only against the regulation, and who works independently across client engagements.

Responsibilities

•      Advise insurance and other regulated-industry clients on AI governance, compliance and transformation – translating regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, ISO standards) into practical, deliverable services;

•      Drive business development: identify opportunities, prepare proposals, present to clients, and support pre-sales through to closing;

•      Lead and contribute to client engagements, from scoping through to delivery;

•      Assess AI systems and their governance in practice – how models work, their data, controls and limitations – and translate findings into well-governed, compliant solutions;

•      Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners and internal teams;

•      Stay ahead of regulatory change, AI developments and industry trends to anticipate client needs and open new business opportunities;

•      Contribute to developing our advisory offering – its services, delivery methods and market presence.

What we're looking for

•      At least 3 years' experience in consulting (governance, risk, compliance, management, or IT / business consulting), ideally serving regulated industries such as insurance or financial services;

•      Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks – the EU AI Act and GDPR, and ideally DORA, NIS2 or ISO standards (27001 / 42001);

•      Hands-on understanding of AI / ML systems and the ability to assess them in practice – how models work, their data, limitations and risks – alongside their business and regulatory implications;

•      Familiarity with AI system documentation, testing or evaluation (e.g. model documentation, data lineage, bias / robustness testing) is a strong advantage;

•      A genuine commercial mindset – comfortable in front of clients and in business-development and sales conversations;

•      Self-motivated and proactive – able to work independently and manage your own priorities;

•      Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;

•      Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage;

•      Ability and willingness to travel for business purposes as required.

We offer:

•      Competitive remuneration package;

•      Opportunity to use cutting edge technologies in real projects;

•      Opportunity to learn and enhance your skills;

•      Collaboration with highly skilled and friendly colleagues;

•      Dynamic and interesting work environment;

•      Annual employee's performance check and reevaluation;

•      Team-building events;

•      Social benefits – monthly budget in which are included:

–     Additional health insurance – Luxury package;

–     “Health with priority” medical insurance covering severe diseases;

–     Employee Assistance Program including psychological, finance and legal advices;

–     Flexible social benefits (food vouchers, fuel vouchers, sport card and other options);

•      20 days annual paid leave + 1 additional day/year for each year of length of service in TINQIN (up to a total of 25 days);

•      Office perks (coffee, soft drinks, fresh fruits, ice cream, sport and relax area);

•      Hybrid working model (employees can choose whether to work from the office or from home);

•      Referral program and bonuses.
