Our client

A Dubai-based Google Ads agency managing nine figures of annual ad spend across 180+ ecommerce clients.
They’re entering a new era of creative production — AI-generated video ads, AI characters, claymation, CGI product demos, AI UGC, AI VSLs, miniature worlds, isometric product shots, cinematic AI spots, and more. The landscape moves weekly. New tools, new styles, new formats that scale.
They need someone who’s already in this world.
Not someone who wants to learn. Someone who has generated AI video ads that actually scaled — real spend behind them on Meta, real results. You’ll also need to learn YouTube (16:9 format) as we expand there.

You’ll own the entire top-of-funnel creative strategy for our ecommerce clients. You write the briefs, generate the videos, produce the static ads, and iterate based on performance data. You’re not a video editor who follows instructions — you’re a creative strategist who uses AI as your production engine.

You own AI creative from the strategy down to the finished ad, with YouTube as the main focus, especially 16x9. That means the thinking and the making: research the market, define the avatars and personas, find the angles, then concept, script, generate, edit, and ship. We run across placements too, so you will build for other formats when the test calls for it, but

YouTube is where you live. You build the formats bigger brands are scaling right now, AI VSLs, claymation, AI avatars, UGC hybrids, and the ones landing next month before they go mainstream.

This is a full ownership role. You are not handing an idea to a producer and waiting, and you are not waiting on a strategist to hand you a brief. You read the data, you decide the angle, you make the ad, and you iterate on what the numbers tell you. We test creative at volume and buy against real spend, so your work is live within days, not quarters. The best person for this treats creative as a testing problem, not an art project

The Role

  • Research the market, the audience, and the competition to find angles worth testing
  • Define avatars and personas, and build creative concepts around them
  • Concept, script, generate, edit, and deliver AI ad creative end to end, with YouTube and 16x9 as the priority
  • Build for other placements and formats when a test calls for it
  • Build AI VSLs and the formats scaling right now: claymation, AI avatars, UGC hybrids, motion styles
  • Run a high volume creative testing pipeline, read the results honestly, and iterate on what wins
  • Stay ahead of every new tool and format in the space, and bring them in first
  • Feed winning creative into the media buying team and align with the content and landing page people so angle, page, and offer line up

Requirements

  • Proven experience concepting and producing DTC/ecommerce ad creative that ran on real spend, YouTube especially
  • You think in angles, avatars, and personas, and you can research a market before you touch a tool
  • Daily, fluent use of AI creative tools: Atria, Higgsfield, Claude, Manus, fal.ai, and whatever ships next. You already run these, we are not teaching them.
  • Comfortable reading performance data and letting it drive the next round of creative
  • Ability to own the full process solo, from research and strategy to finished asset
  • A real grasp of direct response, not just clean visuals
  • A testing mindset built on volume, variation, and reading what actually converts
  • Genuinely obsessed with new formats and models the week they drop
