Accelerate Razorpay's design org to a fully agentic design workflow — one where AI agents handle the weight of execution, iteration, and production, while designers shift into roles of orchestration, judgment, and system-building. This isn't about bolting AI onto existing processes; it's about reimagining the entire design practice from the ground up. You will be the living proof of what that looks like — building in the open, shipping infrastructure the org can run on, and holding the frontier so the team always knows what's possible.

What You'll Do
Build the stack -Ship projects that progressively automate the design process — from discrete tools to full end-to-end automation.
Enable the org - Build AI workflows that 60 designers can run end-to-end — independently, without bottlenecks. Raise the floor.
Find the friction - Research where designers get stuck. Turn those observations into tools, agents, and systems.
Stay ahead -Maintain frontier knowledge of AI possibilities. Not as a hobby — as a core job function
