About this Affiliate & Growth Networks Specialist role at Blockchain.com
Blockchain is connecting the world to the future of finance. As the most trusted and fastest-growing global crypto company, it helps millions of people worldwide safely access cryptocurrency. Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.
We are hiring a Affiliate & Growth Networks Specialist to own the end-to-end partner ecosystem at Blockchain.com. Your primary mandate will be to drive high-volume, high-value users into our ecosystem, with a massive focus on identifying and onboarding clients eligible for our premium wealth.blockchain.com suite.
This is definitely not a corporate affiliate management role. We don't want someone who just manages generic link-sharing portals. We need a super-connected, crypto-native operator who can seamlessly walk the line between elite alpha groups and institutional wealth.
You must be someone who can unapologetically grind through direct outreach, slide into the right DMs, deploy your own pre-existing black book of partners, and construct highly incentivized affiliate deals that move millions in trading volume and deposits.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- The Whale & VIP Affiliate Pipeline
You will own the acquisition strategy for high-net-worth and high-volume users. You will target, pitch, and lock in alpha groups, VIP traders, private yield communities, and prominent Web3 key opinion leaders (KOLs) who can funnel qualified, high-liquidity traffic straight to wealth.blockchain.com. - Broad-Scale Retail & Perp Network Growth
Beyond the high-net-worth tier, you will scale our broader affiliate network to drive massive volume into our core retail products, including prediction markets, perpetual futures, and upcoming token launches. You will build and optimize tiered incentive models that turn everyday creators into hyper-active distribution nodes. - Direct Outreach & Relentless Grinding
You will hunt down partners across Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, and Farcaster. You know that the best affiliates aren’t looking at traditional job boards—they are in private chats, trading rooms, and on-chain governance forums. You will spend your days executing high-conviction outreach to build relationships from scratch. - Affiliate Campaign Architecture & Tooling
You will design, launch, and monitor custom-tailored commission structures, rebates, and volume-based incentive programs. You will ensure our tracking mechanisms, dashboard attribution, and payout pipelines run flawlessly so partners get paid accurately and stay motivated to ship traffic. - Competitor Intelligence & Narrative Arbitrage
You will actively monitor what rival exchanges, DeFi protocols, and wealth management platforms are offering their affiliates. You will use this intelligence to structure superior, unrejectable deals that systematically poach top-tier distribution networks over to Blockchain.com.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, scale, and optimize Blockchain.com’s global Web3 affiliate and partner network.
- Execute aggressive daily outreach campaigns to recruit high-signal affiliates, trading communities, and Web3 micro-influencers.
- Leverage and activate your personal network of whales, heavy traders, and community founders on day one.
- Design custom incentive structures specifically optimized to drive users to wealth.blockchain.com, perpetuals, and token launch pools.
- Manage the relationship lifecycle for our highest-earning affiliates, providing them with bespoke assets, early product access, and direct feedback loops.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, content and Legal/Compliance to execute promotions.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance—knowing exactly which partners drive the highest customer lifetime value (LTV) versus toxic or low-value flow.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Required Experience
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or growth partnerships strictly within the Web3, DeFi, or crypto exchange sectors.
- Deep, authentic crypto literacy—you are an active on-chain participant. You understand liquidity sourcing, derivatives trading, perps, tokenomics, and what actually makes a trader migrate platforms.
- A proven, referenceable network of active Web3 affiliates, alpha groups, Telegram signal rooms, or copy-trading communities.
- A relentless outreach mindset—you view business development as a numbers game paired with flawless high-context tailoring. You are not afraid of cold pitching or navigating closed networks.
- Strong understanding of referral tooling and data attribution mechanics. You know how tracking links, cookies, and on-chain referral contracts work structurally.
- Excellent negotiation skills; you know how to build win-win commission structures that motivate affiliates while maintaining healthy customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience working with crypto KOLs, OTC desks, or premium private banking-style crypto products.
- Deep active immersion inside specific geographical crypto hubs (e.g., APAC, LATAM, or Europe's trading ecosystems).
- Familiarity with compliance boundaries regarding financial product promotions and affiliate marketing across multiple jurisdictions.
COMPENSATION & PERKS
- Full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in an industry-leading company
- Role based in our London office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week
- Work from Anywhere Policy: You can work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year.
- ClassPass
- Budgets for learning & professional development
- Unlimited vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it
- Apple equipment
- The opportunity to be a key player and build your career at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an emerging field
- Flexible work culture
