Job Description
We’re seeking a highly capable Task Lead to support JITC in integrating Test & Evaluation activities for the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA), a key USCYBERCOM System of Systems. In this role, you’ll lead a small team, manage daily coordination with government stakeholders, and drive the development of T&E strategies, evaluation frameworks, and mission‑critical documentation.
Education and Background
Requires a Master's degree; or a Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience; or 10 years of experience. Requires at least one certification in area of specialization.

Required Skills
Active TS-SCI clearance (minimum: Active Secret with final TS-SCI adjudication).
Onsite availability.
Proven experience as a Task Lead or similar leadership role supporting Test & Evaluation (T&E) efforts.
Demonstrated ability to lead small teams, set priorities, and manage day‑to‑day operations.
Strong background in T&E planning, integration, analysis, or reporting.
Ability to integrate Operational Test (OT), Interoperability (IOP), and Cybersecurity (CS) test activities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, including meeting facilitation and technical writing.
Ability to analyze complex test data and provide meaningful, actionable insights.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting JITC, DOT&E oversight, or multi‑component System‑of‑Systems (SoS) test environments.
Familiarity with USCYBERCOM missions, JCWA components, or cyberspace operations (OCO/DCO).
Experience developing T&E strategies, WIPT charters, and evaluation frameworks.
Proficiency with Confluence or similar collaboration/documentation tools.
Experience leading in highly dynamic, multi-stakeholder technical environments.
