Job Description
Seeking an expert Cybersecurity Systems Analyst to lead and direct Cyber Survivability Test and Evaluation (T&E) for a high-priority national security software and hardware modernization program. As a senior-level contributor, you will be responsible for planning and executing complex Cyber Tabletops, Cooperative Vulnerability Penetration Assessments (CVPAs) and Adversarial Assessments (AAs). This role requires extensive experience and judgment to assess the operational effectiveness, suitability, and survivability of defense information systems in a contested cyber environment. Candidate must maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance and pass a polygraph.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and reporting for program cyber survivability T&E events, including CVPAs and AAs. Serve as the primary authority on test design, data analysis, and risk assessment for the system's cybersecurity posture.
Develop and manage all strategic cyber assessment documentation, including the Cyber Survivability Request for Information, Cyber Master Evaluation Framework, and Cyber Risk Tracking Matrix. Coordinate directly with Blue/Red Teams to develop Attack Vectors and Action Maps.
Oversee and support the execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and adversarial exercises in conjunction with operational test events. Analyze data from automated scans, code reviews, and personnel interviews to identify system vulnerabilities and document findings in daily status reports.
Author and present critical cyber deliverables, including Cyber Survivability Quick Look Reports, Data Authentication Group packages, and final Cyber Survivability Test Reports. Brief project milestones, critical findings, and risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Partner with Program Offices, system developers, and operational users to ensure cyber survivability requirements are integrated throughout the T&E lifecycle. Provide expert input for high-level documents such as the Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Test Concept Brief, and Operational Test Readiness Reviews.
Education and Background
Master’s Degree in a relevant technical field with at least 2 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of related experience.
No Degree: 12 years of specialized cybersecurity and T&E experience.
Acceptable Disciplines: Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Networking, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related science discipline.

Required Skills
Expertise in cybersecurity T&E concepts, practices, and procedures across the full system acquisition lifecycle.
In-depth knowledge of DoW cybersecurity directives, Risk Management Framework, and defense-in-depth architectures.
Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment tools, penetration testing techniques, and analyzing outputs from Red/Blue team engagements.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment under pressure.
Strong capability in technical writing and standardized requirements analysis.
Solid understanding of common T&E processes, from identifying requirements and developing an evaluation approach to collecting data, analyzing it, and reporting on findings.
Hands-on experience with Key Management Infrastructure, cryptographic devices, and Communications Security.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and databases.
Mandatory Compliance & Clearance
Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to pass a polygraph. This is non-negotiable.
Must comply with DoD 8570.01M certification requirements (e.g., IAT, IAM, CND, IASAE), as specified by the task order.

Working Conditions
Location: Day-to-day operations will be conducted on-site within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility with the possibility of up to 40% travel.
Operational Tempo: Fast-paced, mission-focused environment requiring adaptability and continuous vigilance during complex cyber testing events.
Environment: General office environment. Work is primarily sedentary but may require standing and walking up to 10% of the time. Standard office equipment is available.
Physical Demands: Medium strength demands, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs. and frequent lifting/carrying of up to 25 lbs.
Physical Requirements: May involve standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, and use of hands/fingers. Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required.
