The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Frontend Developer with 6-10 years of hands-on experience working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud / 6.x and above). The ideal candidate will specialize in building responsive, scalable, and maintainable front-end components within AEM, leveraging modern web technologies and AEM‑specific frameworks. This role focuses on front-end engineering, component development, and seamless integration with AEM back-end services.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop responsive and reusable AEM components using HTL (Sightly), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
-
Implement AEM templates, client libraries, content fragments, and experience fragments following best practices
-
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate Sling Models, Servlets, and OSGi services into frontend components
-
Build and optimize AEM client libraries for performance, caching, and efficient loading
-
Work with AEM Dispatcher and caching strategies to improve site performance
-
Integrate frontend components with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
-
Utilize AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM) for handling images, renditions, and metadata
-
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (a11y), and mobile responsiveness
-
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and UI performance optimization
-
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
-
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver high-quality user experiences

Participation in at least two complex AEM frontend projects
