As an Ads & Promotions Specialist you’ll work with our Partners and help them utilise multiple Wolt tools - Wolt Ads & Wolt Promos. This role will be primarily responsible for selling Ads & Promo services to merchants, helping them identify the right advertising and promotional solutions to grow their business on Wolt. The person in this role will manage the full sales process, from merchant outreach and pitching to campaign setup coordination and post-campaign follow-up. They will also support ads & promos operations and reporting, ensuring that campaigns are launched on time, stay within budget, and that internal and external stakeholders receive clear performance insights. The ideal candidate will have basic sales experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to develop in Ads sales

What you’ll be doing

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Proactively contact our Partners to secure their participation in Wolt Ads & Wolt Promotions campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing data and proactively identifying optimization opportunities through performance dashboards
• Reporting of performance & impact to both Partners and internal stakeholders
• Set-up and launch of ads and promos campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of delivery and performance
• Working with internal & external teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve Ads & Promotions operations processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Managing incoming queries regarding Wolt Ads & Wolt Promos

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Slovak and English

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting. 

The salary below is the monthly salary range for this position.
