About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Bilingual Admissions Coordinator (English & Spanish) to guide prospective students through the enrollment process for career-focused education and training programs.
This is a high-impact inbound admissions and enrollment role where you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them explore educational opportunities, understand available programs, and successfully enroll.
You’ll combine consultative sales, relationship-building, and customer service skills to help individuals pursue rewarding careers in healthcare and skilled trades.

What You’ll Own
Student Recruitment & Enrollment
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective students in both English and Spanish.
- Build rapport and establish trust through consultative conversations.
- Understand each student’s goals, interests, and enrollment timeline.
- Recommend the most suitable training programs based on individual needs.
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to registration.
- Maximize same-call enrollments whenever appropriate.
Program Advising
- Explain program details, including:
- Curriculum
- Schedules
- Program length
- Start dates
- Career outcomes
- Educate prospective students about available healthcare and skilled trades programs.
- Answer questions accurately and professionally.
- Help students understand admissions requirements and program expectations.
Funding & Financial Guidance
- Explain tuition assistance and funding opportunities.
- Provide information regarding:
- VA Education Benefits
- State Workforce Funding Programs
- Financial Assistance Options
- Guide students through funding eligibility and enrollment requirements.
- Ensure students clearly understand available financial resources.
Follow-Up & Lead Management
- Follow up with prospective students who do not enroll during their initial inquiry.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the decision-making process.
- Manage and prioritize enrollment pipelines.
- Re-engage inactive leads when appropriate.
- Ensure every qualified prospect receives timely follow-up.
CRM & Student Records
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and enrollment activity.
- Update CRM systems with notes, follow-up actions, and enrollment status.
- Ensure data integrity across student records.
- Maintain organized documentation throughout the admissions process.
Campus Coordination & Student Onboarding
- Coordinate with campus teams regarding class availability and start dates.
- Assist students with enrollment documentation and required paperwork.
- Ensure students understand onboarding requirements before their first day.
- Support a seamless transition from enrollment to program start.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Admissions
- Student Enrollment
- Inside Sales
- Consultative Sales
- Experience converting inbound inquiries into enrollments or sales.
- Experience working in phone-based customer-facing environments.
Language Skills
- Fully bilingual in:
- English
- Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Core Skills
- Strong objection handling and consultative selling abilities.
- Excellent active listening and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM and lead management systems.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
