About the role
- Professional IT certifications are preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of: Laptop maintenance and repair,Handling computers and printers ,Operating systems and technical troubleshooting
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure
- Provide technical support to users
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Perform hardware maintenance and follow up on device issues
Requirements
- IT or Computer Science student or fresh graduate
- foundation in hardware, Windows, and networking basics
- Background in cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or OCI)
- Understanding of infrastructure basics (servers, storage, and networking)
- Good IT troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
- Fast learner with strong communication skills
