In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.
We are seeking an experienced Acquisition & Financial Management Analyst to support a federal customer by providing acquisition planning, financial management, budget analysis, program planning, and project execution support. The successful candidate will work closely with government program managers, contracting officers, financial management personnel, and technical teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and oversight of mission-critical programs.
This position is ideal for experienced federal acquisition professionals, contract specialists, program analysts, budget analysts, and resource managers who understand both the acquisition lifecycle and federal financial management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budget planning, formulation, execution, and financial reporting activities.
- Monitor program funding, obligations, expenditures, and overall financial status.
- Process funding allocations and assist with funds control management.
- Develop cost estimates, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), budget projections, and financial analyses.
- Assist in preparing acquisition documentation, requirements packages, technical proposals, and supporting documentation.
- Support development of annual and multi-year budget plans and resource forecasts.
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Gantt charts for projects.
- Analyze financial data, trends, cost drivers, and resource requirements to support decision making.
- Monitor compliance with federal financial policies, appropriation law, directives, and procedures.
- Support financial audits, reviews, internal assessments, and corrective actions.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, dashboards, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Program Managers, Contracting Officers, CORs, Budget Offices, and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain complete project documentation supporting financial reporting and acquisition activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Federal acquisition, financial management, program management, budgeting, or related government operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal acquisition processes and lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting budget planning, formulation, execution, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of appropriations, funding documents, funds control, and federal financial regulations.
- Experience developing cost estimates, project schedules, acquisition documentation, or technical requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Access.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay Range- $120K/yr- $160K/yr+ Benefits(Compensation and employment offer are negotiable and will be finalized based on the candidate's relevant experience and interview assessment.)
