About this Accounting Manager role at Printec
We are seeking for an effective & reliable Accountant with entrepreneurial spirit/ with accounting & finance experience to support all financial transactions and minimize risk in order to grow Printec's technology solutions & services business.
You will be responsible to provide business insights and forecast, analyse, budget, audit & book-keep while spotting numerical mistakes. You will bring analytical thinking, search knowledge, internal & external business intelligence, exceptional problem solving & agility skills, passion for technology & best-practice sharing, and a proven track record for delivering exceptional results.
- Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the accounting entries and related documents;
- Coordination of monthly/annual closing process as well as providing support for the audit activities;
- Ensuring that all fiscal operations are managed and reported properly and in a timely manner to the Tax authorities and other state bodies;
- Managing, coaching and coordinating the local Accounting team;
- Prepare all necessary reports by implementing and following local and group rules to serve all the internal and external customers with relevant needed compliance with generally accepted accounting principles ( OMF ) and company internal procedures;
- Comply with specific regulations and implement them accordingly;
- Stock-taking co-ordination.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong background in the applicable Romanian Legislation.
- Proficient user of SAP
- At least four years of accounting management experience.
- Oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel.
- Good knowledge in technical accounting IFRS – nice to have.
