Requirements
As a key member of our administrative team, you’ll help ensure our financial and office operations run smoothly.
· Process customer invoices accurately and on schedule
· Manage accounts receivable and assist with collections
· Apply customer payments and reconcile account balances
· Investigate and resolve billing questions
· Maintain accurate records within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
· Assist with month-end accounting processes and reporting
· Prepare spreadsheets and financial reports for leadership
· Support vendor documentation and general accounting administration
· Cross-train to provide backup support for office operations
· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes
· Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
· 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or accounts receivable experience
· Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Working knowledge of accounting principles
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus
· Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines
· A positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
