About this Account Lead, Powered By TodayTix role at Todaytixgroup
About the Role:
As PxT grows across new partners, new verticals and the expanding MARI portfolio, the success of our clients depends on more than great technology. It depends on someone who understands their business, brings the right people together, and ensures the full TodayTix platform delivers on its promises.
The Account Lead serves as the primary owner for a portfolio of PxT's most strategic clients once they have entered implementation. You'll serve as their trusted advisor, coordinate cross-functional teams around a shared account strategy, and ensure clients experience one connected TodayTix rather than a collection of individual teams.
If you enjoy becoming indispensable to your clients, solving complex problems across multiple teams, and helping shape how a fast-growing platform serves its most strategic partners, you'll thrive in this role.
Please note: This is a full-time position. Qualified candidates must be based in the London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to choose where you work for the rest of the week.
What Success Looks Like:
Every strategic client has a clear owner → Clients know exactly who to call. Internal teams know who is responsible for driving overall account success. There is no ambiguity about accountability.
You know the business better than anyone → You know your clients' business inside and out. You understand their goals, performance across the TodayTix ecosystem, key risks and long-term growth strategy.
Commitments become outcomes → Client commitments translate into successful outcomes. Delivery stays on track, risks are surfaced early, and clients achieve the value they expected from the platform.
Accounts deepen their partnership with TTG → Renewals are proactive. Expansion is deliberate and value-driven. Client growth is planned, measurable, and tied to clear business outcomes.
Cross-functional teams stay coordinated around client priorities → You coordinate effectively across teams, surface risks early, and escalate clearly when something needs leadership attention. The client experiences TodayTix as one team — not a platform with moving parts.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the single accountable owner for a defined portfolio of strategic PxT accounts — known to the client and to internal teams.
Provide strategic guidance that helps clients maximize the value of the PxT platform and achieve their business objectives.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on their long-term partnership with TodayTix.
Orchestrate Product, Operations, Marketing, Marketplace, and Insights teams on behalf of each account — without replacing their functional accountability.
Drive alignment across those teams, ensuring the right work happens in the right order to achieve client outcomes.
Lead escalations when something is at risk, bringing the right teams together to resolve issues before they impact the client.
Lead business reviews with a clear performance narrative — not a data dump, but a story about where the account stands and where it's going.
Develop and maintain strategic account plans that align client objectives with TTG's platform capabilities and long-term partnership goals.
Shape renewal and expansion opportunities, partnering with Commercial where additional commercial support or complex negotiations are required.
Be the voice of the client inside TTG — translating account needs into prioritized, actionable inputs for Product, Operations, and Growth teams.
Contribute to defining what great client ownership looks like at PxT: the operating rhythm, the account plan, the review standard, the escalation path.
Help build a repeatable, scalable account-ownership model as PxT's client base expands.
We're Looking for Someone With:
A track record of owning senior client relationships end to end as an account lead or similar role.
A demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing to drive customer outcomes.
Commercial fluency: you're comfortable with deal structure, contract terms, retention strategy, and expansion conversations.
You're comfortable taking ownership of outcomes that depend on multiple teams, earning trust and influence rather than relying on formal authority.
Strong communication skills and confidence with senior stakeholders — you can run a business review for a senior audience and have a candid conversation when performance isn't where it should be.
You enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity and improving how teams work together as the business grows.
You're naturally curious about your clients' businesses and enjoy understanding what success looks like for them beyond the immediate project or contract.
You have a builder's mindset: new categories, evolving products, and emerging technologies (including AI) energize you rather than intimidate you.
Experience in ticketing, live events, or platform and marketplace businesses is a strong plus.
