Optimile is a leading software company specializing in digital solutions for the electric vehicle (EV) charging industry. Our innovative platforms empower Charging Point Operators (CPOs) and Mobility Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver seamless and efficient EV charging experiences. 

As we continue to, we are looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive to accelerate our growth by winning new business and building lasting customer relationships across the EV charging Industry. 

About the role 

As an Account Executive, you’ll drive new business growth across our two mobility solutions: Optimile, our white-label EV charging platform and Mobiflow, our charging and fleet mobility ecosystem. 

What you’ll do 

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing. 
  • Sell both Optimile and Mobiflow to enterprise customers across Belgium. 
  • Lead public and private tenders (RFPs/ RFQs), coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver winning proposals. 
  • Build trusted relationships whit C-level executives, procurement, fleet managers and technical stakeholders. 
  • Maintain an accurate HubSpot pipeline, forecast revenue and use data to drive commercial decisions. 
  • Leverage AI and modern sales tools to work smarter, personalize outreach and improve efficiency. 
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey. 

What we are looking for

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology or e-mobility sales. 
  • A proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals. 
  • Experience with public and/ or private tenders is a strong advantage. 
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. 
  • Strong commercial instincts combined with a structured, data-driven approach. 
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. 
  • Curious about AI and modern sales technologies. 
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
