What you'll do

  • Manage and grow key client accounts while maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Resolve customers’ requests and operational issues through problem solving and cross team collaborations.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to support customers’ requests/ growth.
  • Engage with and collect data from existing customers to support growth strategies and assist manager/ other teams with other relevant tasks.
  • Co-lead client presentations, pitches, and business review meetings.
  • Drive innovation by proposing new ideas, strategies, and solutions that create value for clients.
  • What you'll need

  • Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Able to use Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comfortable with numbers and data ( Can analyze and present insights to clients under guidance)
  • Experience with CRM is a plus
  • Self-motivated, passionate, a good team player with a positive and can-do working attitude
  • Business oriented; keen to introduce and upsell corporate account benefits to customers
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to present, pitch, negotiate and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Thai & English
  • Working time 09.30 - 18:30
  • 5 days in office is preferred
  • Work Location: BTS Aree
