As a Brand Experience Manager, you will transform strategic concepts into impactful experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing brand initiatives while ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's vision and delivers exceptional customer experiences. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging brand experiences across campaigns, product launches, events, retail environments, and customer touchpoints.
- Convert creative concepts into detailed execution plans, including timelines, budgets, production requirements, vendor coordination, and operational workflows.
- Plan and manage brand activations, experiential campaigns, workshops, community events, and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, agencies, production partners, venues, sponsors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Support content creation through photography, videography, short-form content, and basic editing for digital and social media platforms.
- Manage on-ground execution of events, retail experiences, pop-ups, installations, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate customer interactions and social media responses while ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee logistics, inventory, production schedules, manpower planning, permissions, and event documentation.
- Track project progress, monitor budgets, and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Document campaign outcomes through reports, photos, videos, customer feedback, and post-event analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, social media formats, creative technologies, and experiential branding practices.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and business teams to deliver consistent and impactful brand experiences.
