Position Overview 

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to drive growth across our Singapore and Malaysia online businesses, with a strong focus on e-commerce and performance marketing. You’ll lead digital strategy across Meta, Google, and key marketplaces while mentoring a team and delivering measurable commercial impact.

This is a high-impact role for a data-driven, creative digital leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to scale brands in competitive online markets.

What You'll Do

·       Own and execute digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Shopee, Lazada, and emerging platforms.

·       Drive performance across traffic, conversion, ROAS, and revenue growth.

·       Lead market and consumer research to inform campaign planning.

·       Plan and optimize integrated digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.

·       Track and analyze KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations.

·       Lead A/B testing and continuous optimization initiatives.

·       Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices.

·       Support and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

·       Report performance and insights to Digital Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 6+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in beauty, personal care, or FMCG
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Tableau, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and optimisation skills.
• Creative mindset with a performance-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work onsite in KL Office.
