About the Program

• Duration: 2-month or 3-month Full-time Internship (5 days a week)
• Location: Based in our Tai Po Office (shuttle buses provided!)
• Hands-On Experience: Dive into a vertically integrated business and see how every piece fits together.
• Impactful Projects: Contribute to exciting, real-world projects that make a difference and gain insights that will set you apart in your career.

Functions

Each intern will be attached to ONE function during your internship journey:

Quality Assurance:

• Focused on DMS implementation, SOP migration, and legacy GMP document remediation.

Quality Control:

• Engage in sampling, testing, documentation, and quality management activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Research & Development:

• Support daily environmental monitoring for wholesale dealer license, conduct tablet compression experiments (ingredient weighing, mixing, sampling, weight/hardness in-process measurement), assist in equipment cleaning, and perform other assigned tasks.

Logistics:

• Assisting with D365 & WMS system data entry, KA item onboarding, and ECOM order fulfillment.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

• University undergraduates, preferably in Pharmaceutical Science, Chinese Medicine, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food and Nutrition, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline
• Authorized to work in Hong Kong without Visa sponsorship
• Proactive, motivated and eager to learn
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
