Responsibilities
- Lead the social media strategy and day-to-day operations for assigned brands.
- Guide the content planning process by providing clear briefs, setting priorities, and directing the team.
- Ensure content plans align with brand tone of voice, platform best practices, campaign objectives, and creative direction.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Client Services, Media, and Production teams to deliver integrated social media campaigns.
- Lead the development, briefing, execution, and publishing of content across social media channels.
- Oversee the workflow of Social Media Specialists, Community Managers, and Content team members while supporting their growth and development.
- Monitor campaign calendars, cultural moments, real-time marketing opportunities, and emerging social media trends to identify opportunities for brands.
- Participate in client meetings, translate client feedback into actionable briefs, and communicate priorities clearly to internal teams.
- Analyze performance reports and audience insights to identify opportunities and recommend actions that improve results.
- Support presentation development, content reviews, copy evaluation, and operational processes whenever needed.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communications.
- Previous agency experience, with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Proven experience in team coordination, workload management, and prioritization.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, including platform-specific best practices.
- Experience with content ideation, integrated campaigns, real-time marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, contribute to idea development, and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Highly organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on team player who is willing to step into execution when needed, not just oversee the process.
