About this Integrator / General Manager role at OnHires
We are seeking an Integrator / General Manager for our client — a premium e‑commerce brand scaling across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. This is a pivotal role designed to bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to the team, ensuring the founder can fully focus on long‑term strategy while the Integrator drives execution and system building.
📌 Key Responsibilities
EOS Execution: Lead weekly L10 meetings, maintain the Scorecard, track Rocks and To‑Dos, and manage the Issues List.
Team Leadership: Conduct weekly 1:1s, hold team members accountable, onboard new hires, and maintain morale in a remote environment.
Operational Management: Act as the CEO’s filter, make day‑to‑day decisions, maintain SOPs, manage tools and vendors.
Reporting: Provide weekly updates and monthly summaries to the CEO, flag risks early, and ensure no surprises.
Project Management: Oversee product launches, creative refreshes, and cross‑functional initiatives; maintain project trackers in Asana.
Hiring Support: Manage the recruitment funnel, screen candidates, coordinate test tasks, and integrate new hires.
✅ Requirements
Proven experience managing a remote team of 3–6 people.
Solid understanding of e‑commerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop).
Strong written English skills — able to produce clear L10 notes, SOPs, and weekly updates.
Familiarity with EOS practices or willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to make independent decisions without constant CEO involvement.
Highly organized, disciplined, and process‑oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
Work schedule must include overlap with EST hours (minimum 9 AM–5 PM EST, 4 days per week).
⭐ Nice to Have
Previous experience as an Integrator or General Manager in e‑commerce.
Knowledge of Asana, Slack, Seller Central.
Experience with multi‑channel e‑commerce.
Familiarity with Traction or Rocket Fuel by Gino Wickman.
Experience scaling a company, not just maintaining it.
💡 Benefits
2‑week paid trial period.
Performance bonus opportunities tied to successful product launches.
Long‑term role — building a 10‑year company, not a short‑term project.
Flexible time off: 7 days for part‑time and 14 days for full‑time, usable for vacation, sick leave, or national holidays (no mandatory US holiday schedule).
Structured incentive plans including monthly and quarterly bonuses based on performance and brand priorities.
